Baldridge & Nelson was introduced to Wilcon, Inc. during the preconstruction conference at the Worthington jobsite. At that time, I had the opportunity to meet with Bill, Todd and Jerry. our involvement was somewhat unique in that our firm was retained by BKV of Minneapolis to provide for the Contract Administration of the porject. We were involved minimally during the development of the project.

During the course of the project, I became impressed with the pfrofessional conduct and attitude of the Wilcon crew and staff. over the year long costruction period, the team experienced the usual, and sometimes unusual, challenges o creating the project in and around an existing structure that did not always want to cooperate. As an end result, we were able to create a new learning environment for Minnesota West that will take them weill into the future.
