I just wanted to convey to all of you that after being in our new building in Mankato for 4 years now, how much we enjoy it.  We operated our halfway house in a couple old houses in Mankato for about 30 years and then to move our operation into the new building in 2001 was like dying and going to heaven.  It is so pleasant to go to work in a building that was designed and constructed to our personal specifications.  All of my staff has told me that they enjoy working here and are very proud of our building.  Of course we know that the building alone doesn't make a good halfway house program, but the surroundings for staff and clients alike are a very important component.

Working with the Wilcon Company, from the President, Bill Freitag, to Dr. Tim, the site superintendent, the supervisors, the office staff and finally the workers, was always a positive experience.  It seemed the whole company worked towards the same goal, which was getting to the customer, what the customer wanted.  If there were roadblocks, changes, or a problem, everyone got together to figure out what needed to be done and then move on.  I found the entire staff very professional, customer oriented, and qualified.  Would I hire Wilcon Construction again?  You bet I would.  In fact I'm currently inquiring about having Wilcon Construction build a personal residence for my wife and me.  I would urge anyone to consider Wilcon Construction for their building needs and I would not hesitate to do business with Bill Freitag and the rest of Wilcon Construction.
