The philosophy of Wilcon Construction, Inc. is that safety is everyone’s responsibility.  It is of utmost importance to Wilcon Construction, Inc. that all employees of the company establish the sense of urgency in maintaining and promoting safety.

Wilcon Construction, Inc. recognizes that there is no job that is so important or urgent that time is not taken to perform procedures in a safe manner.  Employees are expected to use all safety equipment that is provided by the company.  Wilcon Construction, Inc. has developed and implemented rules of safety and a code of conduct that is regularly reviewed with all employees.
